Hi! We're a warm, respectful family of five living in Sanur, Bali, with three children aged 5, 3, and a newborn. Dad is from Central Java and Mom is from Bosnia — we speak a mix of Bahasa Indonesia and English at home. We value kindness, communication, and creating a calm, happy environment for our kids and everyone who works with us.
We are looking for two full-time live-in nannies to join our family long-term:
This role focuses on the daily and nightly care of our newborn. We’re looking for someone experienced with babies who is gentle, attentive, and loving.
Key Responsibilities:
Bottle feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing
Managing naps and bedtime routines
Baby development play (tummy time, singing, sensory activities)
Light housekeeping related to the baby (laundry, bottle cleaning)
Overnight baby care (with rest breaks during the day)
This role focuses on caring for our two older children (ages 5 and 3), including school routines, meals, and engaging play.
Key Responsibilities:
Morning routine: wake-up, breakfast, getting dressed
School drop-off and pick-up (by motorbike)
Preparing snacks and simple meals
Playing indoors and outdoors, storytelling, crafts, activities
Helping with light learning
Light housekeeping related to the kids (tidying toys, kids' laundry)
We are flexible on roles and are imagining that the nannies can support each other and adjust as needed.
We’re ideally looking for both nannies to start at the end of April. These are long-term positions with no set end date — we’d love for you to grow with our family.
Experience with children in the age group you're applying to care for
Enjoys actively playing, teaching, and nurturing children and not only supervising
Kind, dependable, patient, and proactive
Comfortable working alongside other household staff
Responsible phone use while with the children
Basic English is a plus, but not required
